Individuals at this level display initiative and judgement in planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others.
They use communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organizational or enterprise requirements. They may plan, design, apply and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems, and identify, analyze and synthesize information from a variety of sources.

Candidates must provide evidence of currency and experience by working in a management role for a minimum of 12 months within the past 18 months. A letter on company letterhead from current/ past employer(s) verifying this is required.
