Camden College has a refund process that is fair and equitable for all.
- Policy
- This policy / procedure provides information on the conditions under which to apply for a refund for Program Fees.
- The following procedures ensure all students are treated fairly and with integrity when applying for refunds.
- All refund applications are to be submitted to the College in writing and the following procedures followed in assessing the application.
- All refund information is made available to students through the enrolment process and is signed by the student prior to acceptance into the program and money accepted from the student.
- All refunds are to be approved by the CEO and applications will be processed within 14 days of the application being received.
- This refund policy applies to only domestic students. International students need to refer to the Refund Policy (International Students) displayed on the website.
- A 10-business day cooling-off period applies to students who have been approached by our team directly. You can cancel during this time without penalty. - A non-refundable application fee of $200 will apply to all domestic student refund requests. Please refer to the Student Handbook for more information.

* The College may arrange for another program to be provided to students at no extra cost to the student as an alternative to refunding program money. Where the student agrees to this, the College will not be liable to refund the money owed for the original program. |

* Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL): Once a candidate has completed the enrolment process and paid their deposit, they are deemed to have commenced the program and no refunds apply. |
- Appealing Refund Decisions
- All students have the right to appeal a refund decision made by the College.
- Camden College’s refund policy and the availability of the Complaints and Appeals process, does not remove the students’ right to take action under the Australian’s consumer protection laws.
- Further Information
- If fees have been paid by a third party then the refunds will be payable to that third party.
- Any information that you have provided to the College or that the College collects about you (including payments and refunds) can be given to authorised State and Commonwealth Agencies, subject to privacy laws.
