Become a painting and decorating tradesperson in residential and commercial construction projects with this qualification. This course will teach you how to handle painting and decorating tools, prepare surfaces and apply paint, wallpaper and other coatings to interior and exterior surfaces.

Our expert trainers will teach you current industry skills and techniques in painting and decorating.

Camden College has an excellent simulation area with all the tools and equipment that you need to learn the skills and knowledge to become a qualified painter and decorator!

COURSE DELIVERY

This course is delivered over 52 weeks within a blended delivery mode, consisting of face-to-face (live or Virtual) classroom sessions + structured online learning + unstructured self-paced study.

RPL CANDIDATE

Candidates must provide evidence of currency and experience by working in a management role for a minimum of 12 months within the past 18 months. A letter on company letterhead from current/ past employer(s) verifying this is required.

RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING

RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) means an assessment process that assesses the competency(s) of an individual that they may have been acquired through formal, non-formal and informal learning to determine the extent to which that individual meets the requirements specified in the training package.
